Our Christmas experience begins on 3rd December. The house will then be open for Christmas Thursday- Sunday, 10am - 4pm, from 3rd- 20th December.

Abbotsford's historic house and gardens are currently open 7 days a week 11am- 4pm. Our exhibition, shop and cafe are open 7 days a week 10am- 4pm. Last entry to the historic house is at 3pm and we strongly recommend pre-booking your tickets to avoid disappointment. Reserving a table in our cafe is also recommended. These opening dates and times are subject to change, please check back on the day of your visit.

Dogs Welcome

At Abbotsford, we absolutely love dogs, of all shapes and sizes and they are welcome on a leash throughout the grounds and gardens as well as our café, with access restricted only to the Visitor Centre Exhibition and the Historic House.

Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the Visitor Centre, House, Gardens and wider estate and water is available on request.
