How can I pay?
Pay at the machine by card, cash or by phone when you arrive in the car park. You will need to give your full number plate when paying. The machine will start at a 2 hour £1.00 payment, please use the arrow keys to increase time.
How does it work?
This is a number plate recognition system which will register your number plate as you enter and leave the car park and check that the correct payment has been made against that number plate. We advise keeping your receipt for at least 2 weeks.
What do I do if I’m a Friend of Abbotsford?
Parking is free for Friends of Abbotsford, alongside many other benefits such as discounts in our cafe and shop. Find out how to become a Friend of Abbotsford.
What do I do if I have accessibility needs?
Please speak to a member of the team at the visitor centre and let them know your car registration number so we know not to charge you.
What if I have a problem?
If you experience a problem at any time during or after your visit, please contact us. We are aware of problems from April 20th to May 4th 2022 due to technical issues, resulting in some penalty notices being erroneously issued. If this has affected you, please contact us.
