OUR IMPACT

See the difference your support makes.

Every donation, membership of the Friends of Abbotsford and Scott’s Abbotsford Circle, and volunteering of your time, goes towards protecting and sharing the heritage in the care of The Abbotsford Trust. From promoting the life, work and legacy of Sir Walter Scott to conserving his historic house and collections at Abbotsford in the Scottish Borders, to sharing these locally and worldwide – your help has been crucial to continuing to develop the mission of this small and proudly independent Scottish charity. Thank you.

More details of the what the charity has achieved with your help can be seen in The Abbotsford Trust’s Annual Report and Financial Statement 2025. The graphic shows a quick snapshot.

The Abbotsford Trust is an independent Scottish charity, charity no. SC037425
