VISITOR SERVICES SUPERVISOR (MATERNITY COVER)
We're looking for a Visitor Services Supervisor to help develop our retail offer and support our front of house Visitor Services Assistants and volunteers.
The Visitor Centre welcomes some 80,000 people through its doors every year, all of them passing through the gift shop and past the admissions desk. Our aim is to increase sales volume and value, building on successes in merchandising, stock management and ordering, and the development of own-brand products.
The Visitor Services Supervisor will assist with retail ordering, stock control and merchandising, and will provide supervisory support to the Visitor Services Assistants and volunteers in all operational areas, encompassing customer care, retail and admission sales.
Fixed term for up to 9 months in the first instance
Part Time at 28hrs per week - 4 days over 7 including weekends
Salary: £10.80 per hour (pro rata f/t £19,656 – Grade 2, spine point 4)
