Kitchen Lead
Full Time 40 hrs per week, 5 out of 7 days.
£12.00 per hour
Ochiltree's café at Abbotsford serves freshly prepared meals and refreshments made with locally-sourced ingredients including morning coffee, lunches and afternoon tea. Inside our modern Visitor Centre, the café commanding views over Abbotsford and the surrounding countryside.
The Kitchen Lead will work closely with the Commercial Manager to assist in planning menus, preparing and cooking food to a high standard and managing the kitchen team.
