We are seeking an experienced full time Finance & Admin Assistant to help undertake all areas of general finance administration, including sales and purchase ledgers, banking records and electronic filling. The appointed candidate may also be tasked with working in human resource administration support, including personal records and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of financial administration, ideally in bookkeeping and accounting, and possess a good understanding of the legal, regulatory and other implications of working with sensitive information, including data protection. Knowledge and experience in financial processing systems, such as SAGE, is also highly beneficial.
Ideally the candidate is a confident and competent computer user, including the use of Microsoft office applications. A high level of numeracy (GCSE in Maths) and aptitude for working with figures required.
